Not only was the setting superb in a lovely house that overlooked the beautiful terraced village of Aubeterre, but our host and teacher was dedicated to making it a memorable and gratifying experience for each of the participants. From the delicious four-course menus he planned in conjunction with our chef and the superb aperitifs and wines that accompanied each meal to the delightful and meaningful excursions we took, every detail was attended to in order to make our stay perfect. Each person's level of ability and desire for expressing themselves creatively was taken into consideration so that we would benefit the most from our experience.
